How do I customize my dashboard?
The dashboard is made up of widgets you can enable, disable and rearrange. Each widget shows a summary of an aspect of your farm: birds, eggs, health, exhibitions, expenses, etc. Customization is done in the 'Dashboard' tab of the Configuration page.
What widgets are available on the dashboard?
The dashboard offers 11 widgets: welcome (name, farm, weather), herd (bird count by gender), egg production (weekly and monthly), revenue, expenses, quick actions (4 customizable shortcuts), egg chart, herd breakdown by species and breed, upcoming hatchings tracker, upcoming banding tracker, and recent activity.
How does the weather widget work?
The weather widget displays the temperature, current conditions and a 5-day forecast for your farm's location. Click on it to see details: humidity, wind, atmospheric pressure. The weather updates automatically every hour. Set your location in your profile to enable this feature.
How do I configure the dashboard quick actions?
Quick actions are 4 customizable shortcuts displayed on the dashboard. From the quick actions widget, click 'Configure' to choose from the available actions: add a bird, a pair, a clutch, etc. You can add or remove actions to match your daily needs.
How does the upcoming hatchings tracker work?
The 'Upcoming Hatchings' widget displays the next 8 expected hatchings with the pair, species, number of eggs, incubation mode and a progress bar. A color code indicates urgency: red (overdue), orange (today), yellow (within 2 days) and green (more than 2 days). Click on a hatching to open the egg details.
How does the upcoming banding tracker work?
The 'Upcoming Bandings' widget displays the next 8 birds due for banding with the species, age in days and band number if already assigned. The same color code as hatchings indicates urgency. Click on a banding to open the bird details. The banding date is calculated from the species configuration (number of days after hatching).
How do I change the size and order of widgets?
In the Configuration page, 'Dashboard' tab, you can: enable or disable each widget, change the display order with up/down arrows, and change the size (small, medium, large or full width). The welcome widget is fixed and always displayed first. Changes are saved automatically.
Can I refresh the dashboard data?
On mobile, pull down from the top of the screen (pull-to-refresh) to refresh all data at once: birds, eggs, pairs, health, expenses and notifications. On desktop, data updates automatically when you modify an element. If the system detects data changes on the server, a banner appears to suggest refreshing.
How does the herd breakdown chart work?
The 'Herd Breakdown' widget displays a colored bar showing the proportion of each species in your farm. Below, each species is detailed with its emoji, number of birds, percentage and breed breakdown shown as progress bars.
