Is it really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card: 100 birds, 40 pairs, 200 eggs, 5 aviaries and a family tree up to 3 generations. The paid plans raise those quotas considerably: Premium at €4.99/month (or €49.99/year) and Pro at €9.90/month (or €99/year). Premium comes with a free 15-day trial (a credit card is required to start it); the Pro plan has no trial period at all and is billed from the moment you subscribe.
How much does AviarySoft cost?
The Free plan is €0, with no time limit. The Premium plan costs €4.99/month, or €49.99/year (about €4.17/month, a saving of roughly 17%); it includes a free 15-day trial, and a credit card is required to start the trial. The Pro plan costs €9.90/month, or €99/year (about €8.25/month, a saving of roughly 17%); it has no trial period at all and is billed from the moment you subscribe.
What are the limits of the free plan?
The Free plan gives access to every module with these quotas: 100 birds, 40 pairs, 200 eggs, 5 aviaries, 250 health records, 8 exhibitions and 250 expenses. The family tree goes back 3 generations. Advanced statistics, exports (CSV, Excel, PDF) and the AI assistant are not included. Premium raises those quotas to 600 birds, 300 pairs, 3,000 eggs, 20 aviaries, 3,000 health records, 200 exhibitions and 3,000 expenses; Pro to 5,000 birds, 2,000 pairs, 25,000 eggs, 50 aviaries, 30,000 health records, 2,000 exhibitions and 30,000 expenses.
What does the Premium plan include?
The Premium plan at €4.99/month (or €49.99/year) includes: 600 birds, 300 pairs, 3,000 eggs, 20 aviaries, 3,000 health records, 200 exhibitions and 3,000 expenses, the family tree up to 4 generations, advanced statistics and charts, CSV, Excel and PDF exports, and priority support. It does not, however, include the AI assistant on your data or the assisted actions: those are reserved for the Pro plan. You can try Premium free for 15 days (a credit card is required to start the trial).
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No commitment: both Premium and Pro can be cancelled in one click from the settings. You keep your plan's features until the end of the period you have already paid for, then you automatically switch back to the Free plan.
Is the AI assistant included?
The AI assistant that accesses your breeding data (analysis of your birds, clutches, expenses, health, and assisted actions with confirmation) is reserved for the Pro plan (€9.90/month or €99/year). The Pro plan has no trial period: it is billed from the moment you subscribe. The Free and Premium plans keep the built-in support and FAQ.
What is the difference between Premium and Pro?
Premium (€4.99/month or €49.99/year) and Pro (€9.90/month or €99/year) share the same advanced features: family tree up to 4 generations, statistics and charts, CSV/Excel/PDF exports and priority support. Pro stands apart on two points: much higher quotas (5,000 birds, 2,000 pairs, 25,000 eggs and 50 aviaries, against 600, 300, 3,000 and 20 on Premium) and the AI assistant on your data, with assisted actions. One more difference: only Premium offers a free 15-day trial, while Pro is billed from the moment you subscribe.
Where do I enter a promo code?
Open the side menu, then Subscription. Below the plans, a “Promo code” box is waiting for you: enter your code and confirm with Apply. The free period appears straight away, along with the date billing will start. The code is then passed on to checkout: nothing is charged before the free period ends.
I can't see the promo code field, why?
The “Promo code” box only appears while you are still on the free plan, and it applies to the Premium plan. An account that is already subscribed will not see it. If your code is rejected, check its expiry date and which plan it covers; if in doubt, write to us and we will look into it.
