How does the referral system work?
Each user has a unique referral code, available in their profile. You can share this code or an invitation link with friends and family. The person you refer enters the code right at sign-up, during their first steps in the app, and then automatically joins your list of referrals.
How can I invite someone?
From the 'Referral' section in your settings, you can copy your referral link, share it directly or send an invitation by email. The recipient will receive an email with a link to the registration page pre-filled with your code.
How many people can I refer?
The number of referrals is limited by the platform administrator. You can check your remaining quota in the 'Referral' section of your settings. This quota only applies to completed registrations, not to invitations sent.
Does the referral system work even when registrations are closed?
Yes, that's the main purpose of the referral system! Even if public registrations are disabled, a person with a valid referral link or code can still register. This allows for a progressive rollout of the platform.
How can I track my referrals?
In the 'Referral' section of your settings, you can see your usage counter, the list of your registered referrals and pending invitations. You also receive a notification when a referral completes their registration.
